Chris Riccio

Chris Riccio is pleased to be serving on the Westborough Players for
another term. Chris joined the group back in 2002 when he played Jay
in Lost in Yonkers. He has been in over five shows with Westborough
and also serves as the webmaster for the organization. Chris' favorite
show he did was The Cherry Orchard at the Williamstown Theater Festival,
which was directed by Tony Award winning (Best director for Rent on
Broadway) Michael Greif. Chris has studied at the Lee Strasberg Acting
Institute, Uta Hagen's HB Studios and with Hollywood's Carter Thor Studios.
You can see him currently in the movie The Great Debaters as the Train Conductor in the station when the Debate team comes to Harvard. He can be seen next in 27 Dresses with Kathryn Heigl as a groomsman, 21 with Kevin Spacey and Kate Bosworth coming out this March and My Best Friend's Girl with Dane Cook later in the year. He has been a film/video consultant during the last eight years working
with the Worcester Fire Dept., CBS, 48 Hours, Denis Leary's Apostle
Pictures, and Ron Howard's Imagine Entertainment. His latest short,
which he wrote and directed, stared David Hyde Pierce of Fraiser and
Spamalot, Lewis Black from The Daily Show and the new movie Accepted,
and Lee Wilkof from School of Rock. Chris is a proud member of the Actor's
Equity Membership Program, AFTRA, and SAG. He is also a proud recipient
of the Westborough Players "True Spirit Award."
